Stringbeans was featured in the 1998 and 1997 Concert Series at the Guggenheim Museum. They have appeared in Central Park, The Whitney Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Nuyorican Poets Café and many Manhattan clubs and festivals. On May 1, 2001, Stringbeans received a standing ovation at the Kennedy Center, Mary Lou Williams, Women In Jazz series. Last year they are appeared at The Tito Puente tribute in San Francisco on November 24th.

Annette A Aguilar and StringBeans Latin Jazz Quartet Selected as Latin Jazz Ambassadors of 2003 and 2005 for the U.S State department and the Kennedy Center and now Lincoln Center. This versatile group toured Southern Africa and Rwanda sharing their knowledge of the music ot the Americas and the Caribbean. Blending Afro-Cuban,Jazz and Afro-Brazilian rhythms with guitar, violin,trombone piano and bass, this exquisite ensemble creates a unique string and percussion sound. This extraordinary group of outstanding musicians which includes, Freddie Bryant: Guitar and 12 string, Rob Thomas: Violin/bass, Barry Olsen: piano/trombone/percussion, Annette A Aguilar: leader Percussionist, will be touring this month JAnuary 06 to Ethiopia Madagascar, tanzania and Kenya As part of the U.S Sate Dept and Lincolns Center JAzz Ambassadors Program.
