Diane Moser's Composer Big Band will be presenting it's third "Concert for Peace" featuring vocalist Marcelino Feliciano and a world premiere composed specifically for this concert by composer Mike Kaplan entitled "Enough". Marcelino Feliciano is an extremely talented and versatile vocalist who sings, scats, tells stories and vocalizes in the "spoken word" tradition. He'll be performing a wide array of music which includes the wonderful song by Sam Cooke "A Change Is Gonna Come' and pieces that feature the compositional and arranging talents of resident composers Matt Haviland, Rob Middleton, Rob Henke, Jim Cifelli and Diane Moser.  The band will also perform  "Tapped" a composition by resident -composer-at -large Russ Vines, as well as his arrangement of "Freedom Jazz Dance".
And, as an extra added bonus, the band will perform 2 compositions where the audience is invited to singi which are "Fables of Faubus" by Charles Mingus, and a composition by resident composer Rob Henke, "Lord Russell.
