Pasquale Vitale was born and spent his formative years in San Mango Italy. Owner and chef at his own restaurant for many years, he specializes in preparing pizzas, focaccia and traditional Italian food using only the freshest ingredients. This dinner will feature the homemade cooking that you can usually only enjoy in a truly authentic Italian restaurant. The Cilento region of Italy is the only area in Italy which has been included in the UNESCO list of intangible properties for the Mediterranean Diet (see unesco.org)
