Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event. Policies set forth generally prohibit Trumpets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets except for inclement weather or unforeseen cancellation of the event.
If you purchase a ticket through the TrumpetsJazz Store to an event located in our Club, Trumpets will provide to you a full refund of that amount you paid for that resold ticket if: (a) the ticketed event is cancelled, (b) that ticket does not grant you admission to the ticketed event, unless the ticket is cancelled due to an act or omission by you; or (c) that ticket fails to conform to its description on the Trumpets Jazz Store unless you have pre-approved a substitution of tickets.

Items may be returned in new condition with the invoice and original packaging for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

To Return an Item in person:

Take the item, invoice and all original packaging and accessories to Trumpets Jazz Club

For all payment methods accepted in the Trumpets Jazz Store, an associate will issue credit to the original payment method or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
